This is basically what I sent to my insurance company so it's a bit detailed.
This is the new 2001 spec, subject to minor changes.

Bodyshell

Standard Quantum 2+2 fibreglass body finished in Metallic Green paint
Quantum Fibreglass Hard top
Black double duck Soft top 
XR2 tinted glass 
Modifications to headlights ,separate ZKW 4" main 
and dipped beam units fitted instead of XR2).
Bonnet modified to fit separate round indicators and sidelights                                    Battery fitted in boot.
European Fiesta injection petrol tank.
Mazda 323 electric door mirrors. 
Naca ducts fitted in bonnet.

Engine

Hybrid Zetec / CVH engine
Completely stripped, rebuilt & modified as follows: 
Mk5 Escort 1600 CVH EFI cylinder head, fully modified by Dave Baker of Pumaracing, 45mm inlet valves, 37mm exhaust, dual valve springs, gas flowed.
Piper 285T camshaft
1998 Mondeo Zetec 2.0 litre bottom end.
Pistons skimmed 0.5mm to reduce compression ratio to 8.2:1
Modifications to block to take CVH water pump and cylinder head.
Mk4 Fiesta 1.8i sump.
Mk4 Fiesta 1.8 flywheel, lightened and balanced by Pumaracing.
Polished alloy rocker cover and inlet pipe.
Estimated power output 250 Bhp

Injection/turbo system: Mk5 Escort 1600 CVH EFI inlet manifold and throttle body, gasflowed.
Bosch 803 Dark Green fuel injectors.
Escort Cosworth 2.5 bar map sensor.
Uprated fuel pump. DTA P8Pro engine management system.
2.0 Zetec ignition coil.
Mk5 Escort RS Turbo Garret G3 turbo with a -31 actuator, boost 10 PSI.
Modified Pace Escort RST turbo Chargecooler system with custom made chargecooler radiator.
Gearbox:

Rebuilt MK5 Escort 1600 Zetec gearbox fitted with a 
MK4 Escort RS Turbo Limited slip differential

Clutch AP heavy duty centre plate and clutch cover.
Exhaust:

Custom made from Jetex 2.5" bore steel tubing, 
the remains of my previous Jetex RS Turbo exhaust & 2 Jetex silencers

Driveshafts:

Mk3 Fiesta RS1800i inner CV joints & 2 short driveshafts (modifed to fit XR2 joints), Puma intermediate driveshaft to reduce torque steer.
Fiesta XR2 outer CV joints 

Front & Rear Suspension:

Refurbished 1984 Fiesta XR2 Hubs
New XR2 steering rack
New front track control arms & tie rods
New rear axle, trailing arms & panard rod
All new bushes and ball joints.
All rubber suspension bushes replaced
 with Powerflex polyurethane bushes. 
New Monroe gasmatic shock absorbers all round 
New Front springs Quantum custom spec. 
New Rear springs Quantum custom spec.

Brakes:

Wilwood 4 pot calipers and discs  
Standard spec XR2 rear brake drums, shoes & cylinders 
XR2 brake servo & rear bios limiting valve.
Copper/nickel brakes pipes.

Wheels:

15"x6.5" Wolfrace Quantum alloys
Locking wheel nuts fitted. 
New Yoko 195/45 R 15 Tyres

Interior:

1984 Fiesta XR2 dashboard, some parts replaced with new. 
Instrument cluster replaced with custom panel using Greengauges instruments, extra gauges in radio panel.
Mk4 Escort switches fitted instead of XR2 
1988 Escort Cabrio half leather Recaro front seats. 
Rear seat and door panels trimmed to match fronts.
New Ford centre console, shorten by 1.5" to clear lower dash in Quantum
New MK3 Fiesta electric windows and central locking fitted.

ICE:

VDO radio cassette head unit. 
Mstation hard disc based MP3 mplayer
2 x New 180 watt/channel amplifiers fitted behind rear seat. 
4 x New Pioneer 180 Watt speakers.

Alarm:

Alarm & Immobiliser details not mentioned incase it helps 
a thief. Lets just say it won't be easy to bypass. 

General:

All s/h parts used were fully reconditioned.
All bearings, bushes, seals etc have been replaced. 
All non high tensile nuts, bolts and washers have been replaced with stainless steel.
All new parts made are stainless steel or aluminum.
